After experiencing burnout in my career, I decided to pivot to spending more time with my family but I didn't know what to do with my time when they were at work or school. I knew I wasn't ready to go back to work which put me in a position where I got to decide what to do for the first time ever and I drew a blank. The only thing I knew for sure was that life was too short to not go on more adventures so that's what I decided to do: try something new and step outside my comfort zone. My husband and several of my friends told me to start a podcast about the ridiculous situations that I cause or I find myself in. My whole life I have always been the friend with the completely unbelievable stories: no one gets into the adventures I do but everyone cant wait to hear the latest installment in "Guess what I did?". They never know what is going to come out of my mouth from, "hey, we went skinny dipping at a swingers club this last weekend" to "hey, my ass accidentally turned some tourists family vacation pictures into porn" and many more. Not all the stories are going to erotic or explicit because sometimes shit is just funny and needs to be shared. Eventually though, I will have guests on to share their stories and hopefully can get my listeners to help come up with new adventures for me to go on. My idea of heaven is having a million stories to embarrass my kids and grandkids when I'm old and like I say, "I'll try anything for science...at least once."
